The Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was born at Makkah.His (SAW) father Abdullah had died a few months before his birth.His (SAW) mother also died in (SAW) childhood.HE (SAW) was brought up by his grand father Hazrat Abdul Mutlib and after his death by his uncle Hazrat Abu Talib.He (SAW) grew up to be an honest and virtuous man.He (SAW) was loved and respected by all.He (SAW) was called Sadiq and Ameen.A rich widow of Makkah Hazrat khadija (R.A) offerd him to marry her.He (SAW) married her when he was twenty five years of age.At the age of forty he received the message of Allah.He (SAW) proclaimed himself as a messanger of Allah.He (SAW) asked the Makkans to believed in the oneness of Allah,to give up idol worship and evil ways.At this he beame (SAW) enemy.They totured him and muslims so much that they migrated to Madina.Madina became the centre of islamic activities .The Mulims began to live and preach islam freely.The Makkans could not bear the progres the muslims.Many battles were fought between them.At last the Muslims were the conquerors.Nealry all the tribes of Arabia embraced islam.Islam began to spread in other countries as well.He (SAW) was passed away at the age of 63.He (SAW) is the last Prophet of Allah.
